Replying to Ski binding sizing freeride

I will soon buy the faction ct 4.0. Right now I'm looking for the right bindings and have found a problem. I have some 308mm ski boots and I do not know which bindings fit the size and which are not. does anyone know what to look for, that the bindings fit. or do you just install the bindings on the ski according to the length of the ski boot? It would be great if someone could help me! Thank you
