SharkoEither Folsom or ON3P will do a custom top sheet for you. They have a selection on their websites, but they will also use a digital image you supply. Email them for the templates.
Show us what you come up with, and make sure she has ridic huge anime tiddies, see if you can work some tentacle love in there

For clarity - right now we only do specific commissioned tops for customs (like the skis we made for MJ or Kygo) and we charge a lot for the time/design. We get lots of requests for customer submissions, but are not taking them as this time - as 1) they generally are not great and would be poor quality when printed, 2) because we are selling the product, we must factor in if the art has elements that are owned by other people/entities, and 3) we work hard to control our brand image and that is hard to mesh with customer topsheet submissions. We're also so busy building stock/existing custom options that we wouldn't have the time/capacity to add in customer topsheet processing - as it is a pretty intensive process to get right. Graphics have to be very specifically designed to look good on skis.
In regards to a true, full on custom topsheet, I think Parlor or Wagner would be the two that are more relaxed about what they will put on your skis, as they are more of a true custom model, where we are obviously a bit of a hybrid.
