I feel like it would be lucrative as fuck.
A basin is almost like
A glacier some years.
Having a condo that you can ski out of in july every 2 or 3 years would be incredibly valuable compared to a condo at vail or aspen where the mountain closes in april. Who are the shit lickers in the government who prevent us From having nice things like an a basin real estate development?

Haha, love the reverse psychology here, some would argue that someone who made A-Basin a basic tourist ski village would be shit lickers themselves. To each their own. Interestingly compared to Monarch or Wolf Creek, Keystone vllage is REALLY close and a free bus up there does exist.
