Just wondering, how long is the shell rated for. I have boots from 12/13, 6 years old with probably 200+ days, can not count anymore, maybe more and I added so many parts to them. New buckles for the ones that broke. Never changed the metal coils, although they’re probably stretched out, which is why I over buckle now and get pressure points. Full tilt parts are expensive, and not that durable. Plus, the toe is worn out and unlike the back, I can not replace it. So, the boot can move in some bindings, no matter the adjustment. Booster straps were added but over all, even with a boot that fit me it still feels like I’m never freaking tight enough. Surefoot beds suck too, but I’m poor and couldn’t get custom and the new pro liner is nice but, I spent so much on these boots and they look new that I forgot how time flys. I need a bootfitter in the NE and new boots. How would you go about in north east getting a new boot, whichever one fits with 100-120 flex, intuition liners are a plus or foam ones, and custom foot bed. Where is the best bootfitter??
