Replying to Head Warranty Policy

I got a pair of framewalls towards the end of last season. I've used them on most days since I have gotten them, so they have ~25 days on them. I have several edge cracks, and I didn't mount them with tyrolia bindings. This means I only get 1 year of warranty. I was wondering if I should try to warranty the edge cracks or just continue to pretend they don't exist.

On head's website the description of the framewall does say:
