pastysmasherI had a pad put on the side of my foot for a bone spur but could feel space so got the cooked again and the fitter pushed the sides in before I put my foot in and now it feels too narrow and there’s a pressure point on the inside of my foot. I feel like if they were cooked and I put my foot in now, it would do the trick. Lesson I’ve learnt: probably don’t need any padding in your foot when being fitted with a heat mouldable shell
onenerdykidUltras and new Primes are super moldable, and unless you have a crazy wide foot or mega problem, you normally don't need to pad the foot.
You can re-heat the shell and redo the molding for sure a few times. There's no real maximum since it usually is done after the first or latest second time (normally). Going for a third isn't going to raise a problem.
But, if you just have one spot that is giving you trouble, then just spot heat and stretch that spot.
