Falling off urban rails early

I know this thread has probably been made before but I couldn’t find it but I was wondering what can help me lock onto urban rails better because I always fall off the opposite I get on it. I try to look at the end of it as well but I can never seem to stay on when it’s urban on

Don’t jump towards the rail with all your momentum carrying you over the rail, jump down the hill with the rail as much as you can. I find this is the biggest problem, and is probably worse for you than you think, even if other things are in play

if you air from the lip to the end of the rail, you can never fall off early.
