Are my bindings damaging my new boots (heel lug)

Hi all. After one ski day on ALL NEW GEAR, I had noticed some damage (see pic) on both of my boots heel lug. Worried that it'll get worse. Perfect forward pressure when boot is clipped in (right smack in the middle of all six lines on the forward pressure indicator). Before I have someone look at it I wanted to get some thoughts. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am brand new to this and judging by my wifes boot and also my kids they didn't seem to have this problem.
When I bought the gear the binding was already mounted to the ski, which is why I got a smoking deal, brand new. The boot that it was originally mounted for was 323 BSL, my boot is 319 BSL. The Attack binding was able to accommodate the difference of 4mm with a couple of notches on the rail to spare. As mentioned my forward pressure is perfect. Going skiing this weekend and seeing the boot wear already bummed me out.
