If i had to choose between a 2 skiers with flawless style, one with poles and the other without, i would choose to watch the skier without them for many reasons.
Not even considering that making tricks look lazy and effortless without poles Is way harder than with them, the main reason why i prefer it is no poles just looks cooler. A flawless trick without poles is kinda like the skiing equivalent of a no scope headshot with the sniper rifle in halo. It just transcends.
