Vishnu sizing

I’m about 5 foot 3 would I fit int a 177 Vishnu I heard they ski small

I'm 6' tall and ride the 182s. They are the same exact size as my K2 domains if that means anything. You can ride 177s I'd assume but I do think they will be quite big on you and I think a smaller size/different ski would be better.

I'm not sure of what it measures but it's going to be way larger than the 171 Chronics. They don't run that small. K2 runs basically true to size and my 182s = my 179 Domains. So I'd assume the 177s are actually closer to a standard 174. I'd have someone with 177s check though. I still think they're going to be too big for you but I can't promise that. They're sold out anyways so if you're young and growing just order them when you've grown a couple of inches. My 12 year old brother's 5'6" and rides 164s-171s

They might be a little long, but they do ride very short and they're super light so you could pull it off. Especially if you pick them up next season when they're back in stock

I sort of regret not getting the cloud graphic but honestly my orange ones look pretty dope on the snow. The bee one is really sick too. I figured I see the oranges the least so I went that route but man it was a tough choice. I was really close to getting the bees. I should have found someone else buying 182s that'd be interested in getting a different graphic and trading one ski with me.

im 5'10 and I ride the ltd wide clouds for strictly midwest park. 183 length and 106 underfoot and I absolutely love them, long skis are always better

If you're ever in Wisconsin and at or near Granite Peak let me check your Wides out. Or anyone reading this that happens to be local... I really want to see them. Even better would be to ride a pair so I can compare to my Wets. Ugh too many skis I want...

Jon Mcmurry has wides, idk where hes usually at but that kid mad good, saw him at buck once.

might occasionally be at troll or wild mountain, but they truly are incredible skis I love them

no, when I was looking for a new ski last year I knew I wanted something thick and felt like the wets would be a little too thin for me. 106 seemed like a big jump and I was a little worried I wouldn't be able to get used to them but I just felt so at home on them even after my first day

I’m 5’7” and ride the 177s. Those things don’t ride like 177s, nor to they look it. They ride much shorter. And don’t look like they’re as long. I tried the 183s before too and those didn’t feel that long either. So yeah if you’re 5’3” you’ll be good it just might feel different at first.

Ah I wanted to try both and was curious as to what someone thinks who has skied on each of them. I went with the Wets myself. I haven't really skied much since the Line Invaders were a popular park ski so I was used to a thinner ski. But now I'm 24 and I'm 6' tall so I'd really like to try the Wides out.

Yeah wides sound like a decent ski for your size I’d fully recommend
