Help with bindings

My bindings are basically new I've ridden them only like 5 times. The problem though is the heel piece lifts up (normally this heel piece would pop up by using a lot of force with your hands) with ease while the other one doesn't. How do i solve this problem. I can still ski with them on, i was just wondering if this is at all a safety issue. I am still able to lock in and step out. Any thoughts???

Take them back to the shop to get readjusted

What bindings are they?
Do you mean that one releases easier than the other or theres a little play in the heel lever when clicked in (without affecting release)?

play in the heel lever when binding isnt engaged

That doesn't mean anything without knowing what kind of binding it is. Pivots are weirdly loose that way, for example.

Yes what binding is it OP. Could be to do with the forward pressure- if it’s not that it’s probably malfunctioning.

You need full tilts for any alpine binding to work correctly
