Taking it easy because you have a rad ski trip planned at the end of the season

Anyone else have this issue?
Any season where I have a ski trip planned toward the end of the season, I always take it easy and avoid tricks I'm iffy on for fear of breaking myself and missing out. I never throw the stuff that scares me for fear of an ACL injury or otherwise.
I'll get sendy once I'm out there but it's always a dilemma deciding whether to try and progress and risk it or take it easy and keep my trip a guarantee. I want to bring some of my bigger tricks back so I can throw them out west but ehhh... ehhhhh...

I know what you mean but there was a line or blurb in Henrik harlauts regiment where it said he just goes hard 24/7 no matter what is coming up.
I'm not doing it justice but that really hit me.... I still try and carry it when I ski.

Yes i have the same problem let me know what the solutions are... For me its really hard to get sendy with fear of hurting myself and ruining my season. If I do throw stuff its usually in the powder or under tons of peer pressure, because im a "lil bitch." Moral of the story is to get your friends to hype you up so you have to send something, make sure to set a goal before hands something that is attainable and not just stupid.
