HANDPLANTS !!!!!

Alright we've all seen the big spins and grabs and also a combination of the both, the technical railslides, tech grabs and the urban rails. But whats the deal with handplants?? I know they are out there and they are awesome but why isnt anyone throwing them down on a regualr basis or even in a movie for that fact?

I think phil porier does one in propaganda. Ive seen a few in some other movies.

phil poirer does one in hhigh society, and evan dygbig does one in the cover of freeze. boyd does one with no skis...in propaganda.

i guess its just a really hard trick, thats not really that fun for pros to do...the seem wicked wicked hard. philou does them soooo nice tho.

They kill flow - you everyone going as fast as possible in the pipe to get the biggest air, but you have to slow down so you don't go more then arms height above the lift.

to prevent from killing the flow, they usually do them at the end of the pipe.
