Replying to Tryolia attack 13 bindings not flush, 2mm gap at screws. Anything to worry about?

I purchased a pair of skis from an online retailer that they pre-mounted. Two issues.

1, they started a drill hole in the wrong place (shallow, i'm told it's above the core) and had to re-drill it next to that hole.

2. there is a 2ishmm gap at the rear-binding/screws between the binding and ski.

What would you do or not do? Ski on and not worry?
