My face gets sweaty just wearing a helmet and googles then I cant see.
Pls lmk anything I can do about it

Is your problem your face gets sweaty or your goggles fog? Pretty hard to tell in that incoherent ramble. If you are too hot maybe try not wearing a beanie under your helmet?
