Are my skis too small?

So I'm 6'0-6'1 and i just got 177 armada arv96. I used to ride 176 revision talisman and 181 on3p FR and these feel a little small on me. Are they too small or do I just have to get used to them

you'll be fine, as long as you're comfortable and you're not gonna try and ride powder

Too small IMO. Especially since they have a rockered tip and tail that means that your actual contact patch is considerably smaller than the ski length. For example I am 6' and ride 188 4FRNT CRJ's and would not go any smaller due to the heavy tip/tail rocker. I also have 182 4FRNT VCT's that are traditional camber and they feel perfect for my height.

they're a little small but it's no big deal. if we go with 6'0" then you are 182 cm tall, meaning by the rule of thumb the skis are about 5 cm short on you. but plenty of people do that on purpose. it's basically start with your height, then add or subtract a little according to your skill, style, what you ride, preferences etc

so theyre a little short on you and they feel short to you because theyre easy-to-ski, somewhat soft skis that have a little rocker. it'll be totally fine, but if it really bothers you then sure, maybe think about sizing up (but that's a lot of sunk money IMO for a 5 cm difference)

thats fine man i'm 5'11" and ride 170 arv 96s, they feel dope for spins and stuff and i don't feel squirrely at high speed or anything

I'm 5'11 and ride 177cm heavy rockered skis and I do fine. However make sure your next skis are bigger

5”8 ride 169 armadas and 176 On3p’s so yes.

Im 6 foot 1 and my 179 kinks feel perfect to me. 177s will be fine op. Plenty of ski for your height.

You're fine. Size is a little overrated imo unless it's a drastic difference. Some people let side get to their head. I am 5'11.5 and use 177s and 164s interchangeably

Seems short by most people’s standards on here but if you’re riding mostly groomed or packed snow it’ll be no issue.

I’m 6’ and usually ride 182 cambered skis which feel natural if there’s no fresh. I borrowed a buddy’s 169 Volkls for a day out east and they were definitely less stable especially at speed but still had tons of fun on them and they turned noticeably quick. Didn’t even notice them after a couple runs. Too short isn’t as big a deal as so many people say on here, especially only a couple cm too short.

Get into some variable snow/terrain though and some length gets really nice to have. Depends what and how you want to ride.
