The dual radius works by the sidecut of the ski being formed of 2 radii arcs. one arc in front of the binding, in your case with a 22m radius, and another arc, of 24m radius, to the back, meeting at the sidecut centre of the ski. (see my highly technical diagram below)
The idea is that when you pressure the front of your skis initiating a turn (in say a high pressure/steep environment when you need to bring the skis across fall line quicker) you engage the front arc to make your turn, using the smaller 22m radius and then when you're more relaxed when its flatter, your weight is more cenred/back, you engage the rear 24m radius arc of the ski to make a turn meaning you get cruisier wider turn radii.
This idea of multi radii arcs forming the sidecut of the ski is taken further with Line's 5 point sidecut where the ski is designed using 5 arc radii so the more you pressure the front of the ski, the shorter turn radius you get and vice versa as you pressure the back.
Or thats the theory at least, whether the dynamics of it work in such a nuanced way as that and whether you can really tell the difference is more about the skier.
