Rail over canyon/gap

Has anyone done a rail grind over something like a narrow canyon? Maybe clipped into a safety line above the rail? I'd offer money to anyone who does it but the legal department in my head says no.

it's a great idea in terms of gnar of course but i'm not surprised we don't see it much even though we see crevasse gap jumps and shit.

for it to be worth the effort it'd have to be a decently long rail and you can't guarantee you'll make it to the end of a rail as much as you can guarantee you're going to clear a gap

Seems really sick! Let's get the Legs of Steel crew to do it, they built a jump that was 190ft, why not a rail over a ravine?

yes, there's a short-ish segment in ski movie 3 where they hit a crevasse jump, but there are a couple shots where a rail gets slid across it

SHIT, that came to mind and then i decided i was confusing it with the BC rail that tanner and CJ hit earlier in the movie and that i'd imagined the crevasse rail

It'd be dope if you set up a fat cannon rail on the edge of a massive cliff and parachuted down. Bob Burnquist did a base jump off a skateboard.
