  • Been looking for midfat ski for going out West. Should I pull the trigger on Devastators with bindings for only 500?

Replying to Been looking for midfat ski for going out West. Should I pull the trigger on Devastators with bindings for only 500?

FruitBootPro:
4frnt is having a baller sale rn that lets you get Devys with bindings included for only 500. Although the Devastators may not be my exact ski of choice, I feel like they would be a fun, nimble, and playful ski that could handle a lot. Not super stoked on no camber but whatever, I don't have much money rn and paying upwards of 800 for a set of skis and bindings doesn't sound good to me. 500 sound about right. I'm not exactly an all mountain freestyle wizard (or even very good at freestyle in general) so I figured any playful mid-fat ski would be fun and appropriate for my level. After reading some reviews of skis I wanted to demo skis like the K2 Marksman, Line Bacon, ON3P Kartel 108, etc. Devastators are also on this list.

Are there any reasons I should NOT do this? Are there any other similar sales going on rn?
