Just before take off have the matching hand (right hand in this case) go from above a 90 degree angle and punch down while at the same time pushing off the leading (right foot in this example) . Imagine the timing like spinning switch, you don't want to do it too late and you definitely DO NOT take off using the foot in the rear like that gaper jackass suggested before.
This is the best way to learn your first front flip.
