Replying to PSA: Feed your ski techs!

Ski techs are the unsung heroes on the hill - they keep us shredding when the equipment goes haywire and they work tirelessly on countless boards and skis all day. Feeding them snacks always goes a long way.

This is a habit I’ve always adhered to when getting new gear mounted. My shop usually has a 24-48hr turnover time depending on what jobs they have in the queue, and today I needed a mount job when everyone and their mother needed a Christmas gift to be mounted.

I rolled in with a dozen donuts and a box of coffee because I knew I was adding to the pile of work on a really busy day. Ski techs were beyond stoked to have food and coffee and 30 minutes later I was out the door with a quality mount job done with a 50% discount.

Feed your techs and/or caffeinate them! It’s what keeps them going on hectic tech bench days!
