I don't know what happened to skis, but poster is free to respond to our email and hopefully we can help.
We're far from perfect on CS end - particularly this past season as we've been understaffed most of the year (literally been working on final draft of a job description for a full time CS position today). I would just say that I cannot tell you - from a brand end - how refreshing it is when people express the need for help in honest & logical terms. Fuck You - Help Me - is an interesting but popular pathway to go.
