Cracked CT 3.0s after 10 days of Skiing.

I’d say you have a pretty good chance, faction seems to have a pretty good warranty replacement program from what I’ve heard. I would give it a shot at least.

mitchskiAfter skiing brand new Faction CT 3.0s for just 10 days the sidewall has cracked and the top sheet is now separated . I have not skied any boxes or rails making this quite strange. Thoughts on my chances of a warranty replacement?

Faction has a two-year warranty from time of purchase, with proof of purchase. Most companies only do one year, 2 if you buy a binding from the same company (Marker/Volkl, Salomon/ Salomon, Look/Rossi, etc). as we don't make our own bindings, we offer two years out the box.

This looks like the top sheet is delaminating, or the heel pieces were (maybe) not mounted properly. Either way, it was probably not your fault. Our Customer service people will be glad to take a look and make sure we get you squared away :)

One of the reasons I like this forum is well outlined here. Actual company owners, reps, and insiders are totally present and willing to help. It's good pr on their part sure but the independent side of the industry is so small and so in touch with the end user it's refreshing.
