Saga unfortunately doesn't really announce their pre-order release date until right before the release, and has the authority to push it back a few months, since you already forked your money over. I'd ask a Saga rep on NS or email someone directly for the quickest response on likely ship dates. My theory is they don't wanna announce their ship date, in case they get a massive influx of orders they can't fulfill before the ship date, and would rather just do them all at once, that way nobody is left out and left with a sore arse. ya welcome

Boys I’ve been around a lot longer than both of you and ordered a lot of saga presales

The initial ship date was realeased as 15th November. It then got pushed back to 15th December. This is the first time in a while there has been such a significant delay. Now for a lot of people they won’t get their presents in time for Christmas, or worse, their presents in time for their trip, which is why I’m annoyed.

Saga in the past used to be on here daily keeping everyone updated with dates and photos of containers arriving and shit but this year the support has been lacking.

If people don’t get their gear in time for their skiing trips can you imagine wanting to purchase anything from saga in the future? Because I definitely can’t see that happening.

about to cancel my pre order I’m so frustrated. Winter is now in full swing and they haven’t shipped a damn thing yet.

Didn’t order last year. Point still stands and late january is fucked.

I ordered stuff in the UK and got this from them on the 21st of November. It goes some way to explaining what's going on.

This fall we've been experiencing a few unexpected delays receiving our Winter 18/19 inventory and shipping it to you. In an effort to maintain transparency with you we have outlined them below.
• Over the past few months we've been relocating our warehousing and shipping operations. With our two new warehouse locations we can offer you cheaper and faster shipping services. We are quickly working through any delays and will have our new operations running smoothly in no time.
• As the current trade situation between the US and foreign countries has become shaky we are seeing an increase of crowding at the ports. Because so many companies are hurrying to export their goods before anything more changes there have been delays getting our products out.

I have worked in logistics.

The point is they kept saying nov 15 knowing that their boat had not left china, now they’re still saying Dec 15 and fair enough that might be the case, but if it’s delayed until January then they will have been saying Dec 15 this whole time with their container still in China.

received an email saying its now not shipping until Jan 1st. Considering it takes 3-4 weeks to get a container from china to the west coast this just shows that Saga has been straight up lying.

I got an email around noon today saying they began shipping all pre-orders last week. Any one get their stuff yet?

I had 3 separate orders, got tracking #’s on 12.19 but they didn’t ship til yesterday. Supposed to arrive next week so we’ll see. My friend got her order delivered on 12.24

I ordered November 6th still haven’t got a tracking number
