Photo after photo after photo on Instagram of skiers and snowboarders for resorts, everytime they get a little snow, makes it look like they're chest deep in pow. Sweet. Holy cow. Look how deep it is there. Let's go!

But to the trained eye, many are just perfectly timed photos. If you watch videos of these riders, you'll see them making numerous in short sequence exaggerated stops to spray snow in the air before simultaneously blasting through it. Why are they skiing like this? The answer is better photo shots. Sure they're still great days, but why oversell it with manipulation? It's like a chick standing on her toes and bending a leg to make her ass look better. It's quite annoying all around.
