The hunt for the elusive all mountain twin...

I am looking for some advice on a All-Mountain twin-tip ski that is stiff enough to hold up in powder, skiing trees, and landing backseat off jumps in the park, but I don't want to be so stiff its no longer playful.
I ski in the Pacific-Northwest, 5' 10'', 140-150lb, Type III skier, like to ski park and in the trees.
The ski should also be >100mm, and my budget is around 600-650.
(I like the concept of the PB&J from moment and cartel 108/Magnus 102 from ON3P, but they are all aways outside my budget.)

Pb&J is 100% worth the money. You could probably find a discount on them through evo or backcountry. Moment also offers financing on all their skis.

4frnt devastator, 109 underfoot, playful, great in chop. Under 599 msrp.

Durabiliy tbd on the newer ones since jlev bought then but the old ones were durable.

I'd check out the Bent Chetler 100 even though you said >100 waist, it's just soft enough to be playful but stiff enough to hold up on jumps and in trees like you want, and if you want to check out its park capabilities there's a few pros like Nicky Keefer and Jackson Wells that use them for park

Find some previous season K2 Poachers dude. K2 stuff goes so cheap when the newer version comes out. They also seem to always make way too many skis and have deadstock for ages.



You can often find K2 stuff on Ebay (usually smaller ski shops posting their overstock online) for stupid good prices. I paid like $300 for 2017 K2 Domains and 2018 Attack 13s last year. Brand new and not mounted with free shipping from Canada to the USA. I am thinking about getting some Poachers myself now and was originally considering Kartels but the price difference is insane.

I was in a similar situation. and ultimately went with the k2 Marksman, only for the fact that i got a decent deal on them. The other skis I was looking at were the Bacons, and the ARV106s. as a one ski quiver I sized down from 185 to 177 to accommodate the wider ski in the park. So far I am very happy with the call to go with a wider 'do everything' ski.

k2 poacher is the best one ski quiver of all time for people who ride park. It's a true park ski that skis all mountain better than most all mountain twins.
