what grab was he doing on the last chance booter with his switch 9's and how do you do that?

If i remember correctly he was doing switch cork 9 reverse mutes. And you do them the same you do a mute except you grab with the same hand you spin with (ie, if you spin to the left, you grab your mute with your left hand), and I think it looks the best when the skis are barely crossed.

so you grab with your left to the right ski? isn't that like a leading mute or opposite mute i don't get all these mutes

for me: regular mute is right hand on left ski. opp mute is left hand on right ski... thats it..

You dumbass! You've been given the answers on a fucking silver platter, and you STILL don't get it..

Reverse/opposite/leading grabs: When you spin to the left, you do a grab with your left hand. SIMPLE. Reverse tail, opposite safety, leading mute etc.

reverse, opposite, and leading are all the same, they are different ways of saying the same thing a reverse mute is the same as a opposite mute and a leading mute
