buenoNot the first time, Cory Iyoob opted out of trying a rodeo 5 in a seven springs game earlier this year
MF-HARPHe's not Finnish.
SLVSH isn't stupid.
CheetodawgI thought he was finnish. He can do an underflip but not rodeo i don't understand
CalumSKIUnderflips are not like rodeos
CheetodawgI know but they’re harder and techy
GrandThingsLets see your flat 5 OP
Cheetodawgok
CalumSKIi learnt how to lip 2 on before reg 2 on
i doesnt really matter if they techy or naw
but personally i would rather rodeo than underflip
CalumSKIB E T
CheetodawgThat’s tru if it’s just wierd af
dwt802Just cause he can’t rode 5 doesn’t mean he’s a shitty skier, siver is legit so insanely fucking good at skiing especially with rail combos. Have you even seen some of the fucked up rail combos he has put out, especially some of the ones at windells last summer.
TRVP_ANGELdamn he's a pro skier so he must know every trick in the world.
hubbardstheres no excuse for him to not try to learn it
Park_RangerAbsolutely zero!!!!! Get to fucking work Siver... NOW!!!!!!!
hubbardsmy statement stands
does anyone actually disagree with me?
if I was a pro and couldnt do a trick in a SLVSH game the first thing I would do is try to learn that trick asap
hubbardsmy statement standsI mean he could also have a bad past with the trick. Like a bad injury or something.

Park_RangerIf he called a sw lip 2 front swap front swap front 6 and colby didn't get it, is colby now expected to hike the rail until he has that trick mastered? No.
hubbardsthats what makes a pro a pro
theres no excuse for him to not try to learn it considering his career is skiing
.Dadhope they bring back siver for more games on a better day.
siver vs khai krepela would be unreal
hubbardsAt least he'd try it. I get sending jumps on camera is not ideal in comparison to rails.
However, I don't see why anyone-- you, me, or Siver-- wouldn't try to improve as a skier at every opportunity.
I think this is what separates the best from the rest.
I like Siver and the stuff he puts out, but to have to turn down a basic (relatively, I couldn't do that in years) trick on SLVSH is something I'd never expect from a pro.
Again, my statement stands, that there's never an excuse to not try to be better.
GritznGravy"what separates the best from the rest." I think I saw that on a football locker room wall once.
hubbardsTheres a reason people repeat this shit, and believe it or not, it’s because it’s true
CheetodawgI don't know how Siver is in the SLVSH Cup if he can't flat 5. Either Finland skiers suck or SLVSH is stupid. This might be the first time in SLVSH history that this has ever happened. Anyone agree?
CheetodawgBro check out my other threads. I have two others like this
Park_RangerIts just not his steeze. Who cares.

SteezMcGeeBuddy.... he can do just about every trick in the book except one. ONE. How does this automatically disqualify him from SLVSH cup?
Can't fix stupid
CheetodawgI was just saying he should've sent it. Free bobby tho.
SteezMcGeeYou weren't just saying he "should've sent it", you explicitly said he and all other Finnish skiers sucked, and that he didn't deserve to qualify for SLVSH cup because he wouldn't do a flat 5. He isn't even Finnish hes Norwegian dude.

sauceboss420All honesty I thought that game was really weird, the vibes were no good and it felt like everyone was about to cry. I think OP is kinda right though in the respect that rod 5 is a pretty important trick and the fact that he couldn't even try it felt like a cop out.
HadinoBI agree that game had hella weird vibes I thought, everyone seemed out of it
