Hey guys, I've seen a few posts here about which skins to buy, and thought that I would make you all aware of a relatively unknown company based out of Bozeman. Big Sky Mountain Products manufactures super high-quality nylon skins that you can buy online starting at $100. The skins have above-average glide, typical nylon grip, and super sticky glue so that they won't fail you deep in the backcountry on a cold day. The only reason the skins are so low-cost is because they are manufactured 100% in-house rather than being shipped across seas to complete the manufacturing process. ***Full disclosure***, I am personally affiliated with this organization, however, I only started working with them after using and loving the skins for the last few years. I am a ski mountaineer that spends tons of time deep in Montana's Beartooth Wilderness, and Big Sky Mountain Products have been my skins of choice since 2016.
