Why is there so many pivots with 130 brakes

I see people selling pivots with 130mm brakes all the time, but you never really see that wide of a brake on any other bindings. Is there a reason as to why pivots would have wider brakes?

Because some people own skis over 115




However I've just always bent my 115mm brakes the extra mm or 2

For skis 120 mm+
If you're asking why its due to the fact most people don't need brakes that big, less demand but big supply

Cant really see any flaws with this plan, the only question is what to do with all the money once I sell them all

i wonder if we see so many of them since super fat skis have gotten less popular than they were. fat skis as a whole kind of grew bigger and bigger until they kind of peaked and now people are going back to more medium fat sizes (meaning like 90 through 120 ish) rather than extremes like 130 for the most part
