my form’s been improving but still needs work. from what i can tell so far i’m not staying gripped into the rail towards the end. my feet are pretty close together, and my shoulders seem to always rotate so that my upper body is facing down the rail.
anything else you guys can point out? hoping to work on these issues when the season in md finally starts.
