Listing/finding rental properties by ski areas

Hey NS, I just started managing several rental properties in the Mount Sunapee area.The owners would prefer to rent to skiers/ski familys through the winter before finding a long term tenant. Any advice on where to post ads, I already have them listed with several local agencies and on airbnb. What sites/ services do you guys use when looking for lodging/rentals

Airbnb with a skier preferred ad should do it though for real

I check both hotels and houses/apts in the area. I'll try kayak and then compare those rates with airbnb. Some places, hotels are cheaper, but in most cases, airbnb is a better value. VRBO is another one, but most of those renters have wised up and also post on airbnb.
