Is Minnesota or Quebec the best place to urban?

I know both states/provinces have good urban, but which do you think is the best of the best. If neither are good enough, where do you think is the best?

After watching urban skiing videos on here I dont look at hand rails and steps and stuff the same anymore. I didn't even know that type of skiing existed until I became a member here. Now when I walk around in town I see stuff and think. "That might be fun to ski on"

Quebec just because the drinking age is 3 years less. Other than that they’re quite equal in awesomeness

what the fuck are you talking about? Some of the best, most genuine skiers in the game come from Quebec. Let alone the police rarely bother you and the locals usually are down.
