It seems that every season my feet hurt an incredible amount during my first few days skiing. Then the pain seems to go away. Anybody else experience something like that?
only the first few days of the season? that doesn't seem like it's any big issue then, probably just your feet using muscles you aren't use to using while inside the ski boooot
Yeah I get that. Wearing shoes that provide no arch support like vans and flip flops for 5 months will change the shape of your foot. Then you go and cram your foot into a rigid plastic shell with a molded footbed it’s gonna take some time to adjust.
flat feet? i'm flatfooted and starting the season my feet always hurt. my lack of arches doesn't go anywhere but as the season progresses they don't usually hurt as much.
if that's the case id get some generic insoles. those work wonders
