I have a really awesome studio at the bottom of Captiol Hill in SLC that I need to move out of (I'm relocating for school). Rent is $785/month with a few extra fees (water/trash/etc) that make it about $800. I realize this might be beyond the ski bum's budget, but I thought I'd offer it to someone trying to get out here for the winter before the general public.
The space is a bit larger than a studio- it has a separate room for the kitchen, a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom. Realistically 2 people (especially a couple) could live here. Very arty and industrial feel, walking distance from Trax and the heart of down town. Couple blocks from a freeway entrance, 30 min to cottonwoods and about the same to PC. I am looking for someone interested in taking over my lease in Dec or Jan- which lasts through August. If you need a more flexible time frame that could be potentially worked out.
