Replying to Are you looking for a place to live in Denver?

Already posted in Regionals, but figured I'd reach out to people outside CO as well.

I'm moving out of my place in Denver (Highlands area) and wanted to see if any skiers out there are looking for a place.

Rent is $665 + utilities, which usually equates to $710-$730 total per month.

Place is 5 bedrooms, and you'd have 3 dude roommates who are all very chill, outdoorsy people. The place is nice and clean, and for the location, the price is pretty awesome.

Location is 3234 West Fairview place. It's walking distance from a bunch of restaurants, and you're still close to all the fancy Highlands spots. 1.25-hour drive to get to A-Basin, a bit more to get to the Summit County resorts.

I'm moving out next week, so I'm looking for someone to fill my room starting in December, though I'm a bit flexible in terms of timing.
