I'm moving out of my place in Denver and figured I'd check if any skiers out there are looking for a place.
Rent is $665 + utilities, which usually equates to $710-$730 total per month.
Place is 5 bedrooms, and you'd have 3 dude roommates who are all very chill, outdoorsy people. The place is nice and clean, and for the location, the price is pretty awesome.
Location is 3234 West Fairview place. It's walking distance from a bunch of restaurants, and you're still close to all the fancy Highlands spots.
I'm moving out next week, so I'm looking for someone to fill my room starting in December, though I'm a bit flexible in terms of timing.
