Replying to Touring set up?

Ok, so touring's new to me and i'm not to sure which way to go here. I'd like to have a touring/resort pow day set up. I'm going to buy the shift binding but am not too sure what ski to put it on.
Ideally I'd have a 115-120 underfoot ski with a rocker, camber, rocker profile but am aware this might not be too easy to walk uphill. Is there a super lightweight ski that would work? Or is a bigger ski not THAT bad for touring? What do ya'll think?
