Replying to Pivot 12 vs 14

Soooo I posted this in the what binding thread but I kinda feel like no1 is reading it so im just gonna make a post regarding it:

I'm about to buy a new pair of skis and I'm not sure which binding to buy though I'm leaning against getting the pivot 12 or 14. So my question is if there are any differences between pivot 12 and 14 except the DIN range? Are the toe or heel pieces worse in the 12? How do they compare qualitywise? Tried to search for it but didn't find any good answers (maybe i'm shit at searching tho)
