Is this bullshit? I saw a video on this "astral projection" thing and its crazy. essentially you leave your physical body when you sleep and enter the astral realm or something. Apparently you can do whatever you want in this place and I want to know if its real or not. If its real then how can I do it myself? Anyone on here even know what the fuck this is?
