Back edge fell off on my Faction Candide 1.0

So basically my ack edge fell off on my Faction Candide 1.0 (picture below). I have not skied any rocks since I only ski indoor parks. What should I do? Does this fall under warrenty? Has anyone had the same problem?

Just email faction and be nice about it, from memory they have a rail warranty on park skis so you should be good

I think this happend while doing tail butters but I'm not sure. I sent them this mail:

Hey there!
When I was waxing my skis (Candide 1.0) today I saw that one of my skis was missing their edge on the back (picture below). I looked into the warrenty policy and what damage is excluded from warrenty but did not find anything related to my problem. I have taken good care of this ski and had it for 5/6 months (since june 12th). I also didn't participate in any of the things that would void the warrenty. Does the warrenty cover this? I was really happy with the ski but sadly enough it didn't last me long.

Yeah that looks fine, it’s only really when people are dicks that issues come up. You’ll probably have to send pics over but I’m sure they’ll get it sorted, factions customer service is decent

I have a friend who rides 1.0s and this happens to him with the tips and tails a lot and he emails them about it and they help. Once they tried to fix it but they sent him replacement skis 3 times. It also doesn’t effect how the skis going to ski much anyways.
