MrCoffeeSo I buy a new pair of Bent chetlers I’ve been saving for, get them mounted up, take them out 5 days. About a 3 inch section of edge ripped out, and my tail is de-lamming, I call the store I bought it from, and say I’m going to go the the closest one, in frisco, 4 hours away. I go to frisco and they can’t help, and nobody else can. So I just wasted 4 hours of gas, and nobody will help, so I’m just stuck with brand new fucked up skis? Help
CLQDude cmon what did you expect from early season conditions? I'm not trying to be a dick but look at your last instagram post, you can literally see and hear yourself going over rocks, dirt, etc. Also there has been skier triggered avalanches on Loveland pass already this year, i'm 100% willing to bet you haven't taken an avalanche course.
MrCoffeeOP replying to everyone; the damage was not caused on that day or on Loveland at all. I was at Wolf Creek doing an interview 2 weeks ago, and the edge went there, on groomers doing an interview. The tail started delaying before I took them out, and the last straw was the binding broke last week. The edge was def my fault, the tail and binding just fell apart.
