Ski bag for two pairs of skis

Who's got the lowdown on flight worthy ski bags that can fit two pairs of pow skis? It really just needs to fit a pair of JJ's and SFB's both with Sth2's, I can carry my boots and other stuff with me. Padding would be nice so my stuff isn't destroyed by brutal baggage handlers.

I had a cheap transpack double bag for years and I never had an issue with damage.

evo has a self-produced double bag that’s pretty robust. can fit 2 pairs of skis boots and a bunch of other gear.

Check out the double roller from J Skis. Has a bunch of smart things my Dakine double doesn't have. My Dakine double has lasted me the last four years and a whole bunch of flights.

I use DaKine snowboard bag, more room to pack stuff in it when flying out

Although mine is padded, I slip snowpants into the skis covering the bindings and mittens or wrap something around the tips for extra protection.

I second this. I have the Dakine Fall Line bag and it's great but there's times I wish it had more. Looking at the J skis double online appears it fills in the gaps of a lot of things that the Dakine doesn't, especially inside straps to hold gear in place. That being said, it doesn't matter to me cuz I always pack it full of clothes so nothing moves anyway.

If you can find the Dakine on sale, I'd vote that. Otherwise if you wanna spend a little extra, the J skis one looks sweet. Definitely look for bright colored bags so you're not that guy picking up every black bag off the belt thinking it's his.

We've had some really great feedback on our bags, new last season. evo roller ski bag, we have the beefier deluxe version, too.

Just bought the Deluxe XL from Stage (on Amazon). I was looking for the cheapest option and was able to get it for $64CDN taxes and shipping included. The bag itself is very big (200cm X 27cm X 27cm). Looks to be good quality except the stitching on the handles look like they can fall off really easily but thats a problem that can be relatively easily fixed once it does break

Also if you're in Canada, MEC has a bag for $70, which looks large and decent for sure

Snowboard bags are the way to go! you can pack many skis in there.
