Moment Meridian 107 Question

Hi all,
I'm looking at the Moment Meridian 107 as an all-mountain west ski to take on the 10 day I'll be skiing out west to compliment my Kastle FX95 for the east. I want something that will be able to charge down high alpine fall lines but I also want something a bit different from the usual stiff and narrow ski that I'm used to growing up skiing in Vermont, something more playful. I'm not going to be in the park skiing switch all day or anything, I just want a ski that will be easier to pivot in the trees and have more fun on. I have never skiied anything full rocker though so I am a little concerned the Meridian might be too different for me. I'm 23, 5'9'' and 160lbs. Any thoughts?

I don’t believe it will be too different at all, meridian is a bomber ski that I hope to pick up eventually too. Edge hold is super good on it too despite being rockered

Seems like a great choice. They’ll be pivoty due to full rocker and stiff enough to charge. Lotta people dd them out here in CO

Right away they will be different but after a few runs and you figure them out they're the shit. I think it would be a good compliment to the Kastles for sure. Most of my skis are cambered (and stiff and all that), but for the type of skiing you're describing I usually ride on the Meridan for that kind of stuff at Squaw.

It's my daily driver for everything in Tahoe. Awesome in the trees and tight situations, playful enough to have a lot of fun on and holds it's own when I tcurle drags me into the steep chutes and charging situations.
All times are Eastern (-5)
