Cambered park skis; a relic of the past?

Hey guys,
7 years ago, I used to ride park daily on Rossignol Scratch (S3 also) and went through quite a bit of them. I loved the lightness, stiffness and the graphics of them.
I moved to BC and got into deep powder, big mountain and touring quite a bit. Riding rockers are great in those conditions, but I miss the feeling of fully cambered skis, After a few years of building jumps to practice new tricks, I want to take them to the park. Whitewater and Red mountain's park is absolutely bullshit so I havent been near a real park in 6 years and I kinda miss the style. This year, I plan to travel a bit to ride Silverstar and Big White to get back into park. I have been dreaming of putting down cork7s with style, rodeo 5 and 7 and going for 900 and 1080s on hard pack as well as brushing up on the 2 in.

So here is the question: Are there still ski models that are fully cambered, park specific and dont cost 600US$ and more? I have all mountain skis already and dont need to have that type of ski. I want a ski between 174-176cm, no rocker (early rise is ok), not super wide underfoot (80-90) but all the market has to offer is fat rocker skis to do butters with (something I dont care about at all). Graphics arent super important, but I would love to look at really cool skis when riding the lift.
Second question: Can I put tech bindings of them or is it better to keep them standard? I worry about safety and reliability mostly. The reason I ask is that I am converting my ski arsenal to tech because my Cochises are pin adaptable and switching them up is time consuming. If there is a good pin binding for park, what would be the recommendation...other than kingpins?

I would absolutely never ride tech in the park. The only tech binding that seems to be coming close to ride able in the park is the shift but that is still just crazy to put on a pure park ski.

Pick up a pair of wtr bindings. Almost all alpine bindings have a wtr version now and they wont blow up the first rail you hit or blow you knee to smitherines.

As for skis....Salomon NFx is full camber I think. The moment wise is full camber and sounds like what you want. Liberty transfer is full camber. There are a ton out there.

There's still quite a few of them. I myself have the Armada Ar8 but I believe a few companies still make cambered skis (liberty and head i think). Mostly comp skiers still use cambered skis

I recommend the arv 86 if you want cool graphics and for park bindings look, marker or tyrolia are good

Never put tech bindings on a park setup... get a wtr compatible binding

Thanks for the tips. I guess I will keep the alpine binding. My cochises are interchangeable, but I will be keeping them in alpine mode for now.
The revolt 87 kinda got a lame review on the roofbox, it seems like more of an all mountain ski compatible with park. Im looking for a straight up park ski.
The AR8 look pretty sick, I am kinda warming up to that one. I heard its hard to find one in the Kootenays.
Im really tempted by the NFx too.
Ill check out surface, there is a store nearby that carries them

Another great, narrow park skis is the Head Framewall. Stiff but softer tip/tail with flat early rise(no catch rocker), full sidewall all over the ski so it doesn't get chipped like crazy, solid and damp and you see them on great deals on last years graphics. Saw the 176cm with Attack2 Bindings for $469 Canadian/$360 US which is a great deal on Corbetts.com. I got a similar deal on 181cm last year from there.

Think you saw the Revolt 95 review and not the symmetrical, full camber Revolt 87 which is another fantastic stiff park ski. Had 2 pairs of the Volkl Wall(previous name for Revolt 87) and they were great. Prefer the Framewall that I have now though as it carves even better, is solid feeling and still looks great even after lots of park and mogul days.
Had the Armada ARV86 last season for a month and it was too soft, not very damp or solid feeling and wasn't great on harder snow.

Thanks for the help, however I live in British Columbia's intercoastal mountain range. The site wont ship to Canada. Its all good, there is a ski shop in my area that sell Salomon gear. I would rather buy them in the shop; shop employees hate it when you buy elsewere and try to get them mounted in their shop... plus Im trying to get some recognition by store owners.
Im liking the nFX skis...
