Best Time of year to ski SLC?

Buddy and I are starting to put together some trip ideas and I'm trying to sort out what timeframes are generally best for each location. I've never skied SLC area resorts before. What are your thoughts on best time of year to book a trip?

I really like early february and late January for powder. Sources- I live here.
