Rum_HamWildcats/bibbys were my CO one ski quiver and killed it. They rip everything and are super stable at speed in chop. I now have several pairs of skis but when I went to whistler the bibbys were all I brought as they are so versatile.
denvertrashI really want to get 184 bibbys but I ski at winter park, so conditions are variable on any given day and the good terrain is mostly in the trees. Can they actually keep up on bumps and lay tracks on groomers?

Rum_Ham100% they will. They’re a bit of work in the bumps but most skis that width and stiffness are. Groomers are great they hold a great edge. Basically only super firm conditions suck on them.
If you got around a 290bsl you could take mine out for a lap or two if you don’t decide before the season starts
denvertrashI'd be down lmao where in CO do u live and I could leave u collateral

CLQI haven't skiied the Bibbys but IMO 116 underfoot is to wide for a 1 ski quiver in Colorado.
Rum_HamThey worked perfectly for me and a lot of others. Tbh I prefer them to my PB&Js on all but the firmest of days or if I’m trying to mess around and take park laps. 116 vs 108 isn’t a huge difference in terms of hard snow performance but definitely is in terms of soft snow
CoaxArcHave you looked into the Deathwish? Seems like it would be good for a Colorado 1-ski quiver.
denvertrashTriple camber = no bueno
CoaxArcYou don't like it?
Tell me more because I am on the fence about both these skis, but am gonna buy one for sure. Im in Colorado too (mostly WP), my daily are Pettitors (120 underfoot) so was leaning toward the Deathwishs.

denvertrashMy friend has the deathwishes and wishes he had gotten something else because supposedly you have to really push the gas pedal to control them and they drag a little on carves
CoaxArcShit. This is the first of this ive heard and its giving me pause. I was leaning heavily toward the DW.
