i saw a commercial earlier today that pissed me off. it was a black father working on his car and his son says he has something to tell him. so he acts like it is about money or the car or something and the son says something like ' no, its about how you told me to do something with my life' and it flashes the army logo. two things that piss me off.... they chose black people. sure it employes a couple of black extras for a commercial... but its saying that black youth are not doing anything with their life. which leads me to the other reason i hate it... its saying that the army is the way to turn your life around and do something positive. sure, lets be real positive and go off to war to kill. yes, thats right, killing is positive. damn army...

Damn, the first person to complain about the army commercial is so stupid.

Aight, the use a black guy who hasn't done anyhing with his life...so... that doesn't mean all black people or a majority of blacks,oh I'm sorry we have to be politically correct here, a majority of African Americans don't do anything with their lives. Last I checked, not every single person that goes into the army goes to war. And the fact that serving in the army can give you free college tuition.

Oh and God forbid we have an army so that we some really messed up people try to kill us all, we can protect ourselves.


Back to the topic. I hate McDonalds commercials too. That's horrible saying, 'I'm lovin it' is the gayest thing ever to hit TV, including teletubbies.


I don't deny there are bad things in the US right now, hell, 51% of the country to be exact. But god damnit, our country being fat is NOT a problem. I do't give a shit how fat people are. hell, fat kids are harder to kidnap, that means our country is safer.

I agree I have noticed even more changes since 2005 began like all these marketing companies have overhauled thier entire ad structure making sure that every race is represented in every commercial weather it is for a granola bar or a car or the army.

What i cant believe is how they advertise K-Y jelly during the daytime. I know they have those girls gone wild commercials, condom commercials, and 1800sextalk commercials but they usually show those at night. It supprised me when i first saw it and now i just think what is some little kid going to ask their mom or dad what is k-y jelly. I feel sorry for parents
