I have not received mine yet. I have received SKI gear guide and it was heavy on all mountain and backcountry

Got my ski canada one today, bought ski from a local store about a week ago but didn't get freeskier because its pretty expensive to get in canada so can't help you there but would assume it would be in by the end of the week or sooner?

I also got SKI's. Curious what you thought about the reviews? What did you like, what didn't you like, how useful and/or interesting did you find it?

Yes, the motive is my curiosity towards what people think of the Gear Guide. Since I know a lot about how that one specifically is executed, its great to hear an actual reader's perspective.

I can learn from it!

No surprises here for the skis that rated the best. I agreed with their take. It was a shame how little they got into other gear though. The clothing and googles and accessories side seemed more just and advertising thing than any real testing. I think what blizzard and nordica are doing is great. At this point though they seem to be basically the same skis. Their lines are both very similar and they are both built in the same factory and share a headquarters in NH. I think Ski could have grouped blizzard and nordica and rated a few of the other skis higher.
