Heyo, I have Marker Griffon demos on my old chronics and they've served me just fine the past two years of park and ripping trees at Jay Peak, no issues. Looking at them now, the toe piece seems to wiggle back and forth a bit. Not sure if this is a serious issue or not. I don't want to drill them into my new ON3Ps if they're gonna shit the bed and have to redrill/ potentially get hurt by fucked up bindings. Should I just get a new pair or do y'all think they'll be alright? Looking at SPX 12s or Attack 13s if I do get new ones but not sure if i actually need to drop another $200 if my markers are doing good
I'd have someone you trust look at them in person. Last time I was really worried about a pair I took them to a ski tech and he took a look and decided they were fine.
I've got the same bindings and was worried about the same thing when I put them on my new mordecais, honestly tho I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary while I'm actually skiing with them. and since they're demo bindings if the toe piece ends up breaking off you could probably just buy another and slide it right onto the original mounting rails.
